A career of service. A place to call home.
Jeff Roney's path to real estate began with a 27-year career in the U.S. Navy. A retired Lieutenant Commander, Jeff has been part of the West Tennessee community since 1998 and entered real estate in 2016.
Today, he makes his home in Huntingdon with his wife on Carroll County's 1,000 Acre Lake, now known as Lake Halford. An avid outdoorsman, Jeff enjoys fishing and hunting, and helping others discover the region he calls home.
Jeff's military background.
A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Jeff enlisted in the U.S. Navy at age 18. He attained the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer, E-8, before receiving his commission as an officer in 2001.
His military service included deployments during Desert Shield/Storm, Iraqi Freedom, and Enduring Freedom. He retired from active duty in 2013 at Naval Air Station Meridian, Mississippi, where he served as Officer-in-Charge of the Chief of Naval Air Training Detachment and the U.S. Navy Marksmanship Unit.
